We got to know João in the years when he was the company’s banker, the connection was immediate and we immediately discovered a similar worldview and were enchanted by his creativity and financial knowledge.

As the Executive Secretary at Portugalica, Raquel has a 15-year tenure with the company. Her multifaceted role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities. These include accompanying us to crucial meetings, translating between languages, preparing official documents, managing suppliers, overseeing logistics, and providing essential internal translations. Additionally, Raquel plays a pivotal role in organizing all legal documentation and establishing contact with supplier companies. Her invaluable contributions ensure the smooth functioning of the office and enhance our overall efficiency.

Tandara, a professional with a warm and reliable demeanor, has been in the company for four years. She is a true people person, known for her organizational skills and dependability. In her role, Tandara handles all aspects of the nationality process with utmost proficiency. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including analyzing processes received from the offices of origin ensuring accurate documentation. The nationality process is handled by Tandara, with precision and efficiency.

With a strong focus on service excellence, effective communication, and a cosmopolitan flair, Helen has become an invaluable member of the team during her three-year tenure in the office. Her expertise spans both the Nationality Process and real estate realms.
In the Nationality Process, she analyzes processes received from various offices and ensures digitization while collaborating closely with the legal team. She schedules appointments at the registry office for clients’ passport and citizen card applications.
In the real estate branch her role involves initiating contact and conducting meetings with clients, agents, and real estate agencies. She also does in-depth research on real estate opportunities.
Paulo

of everything. With a great sense of humor he always opens the hearts.
Paulo works in the company for five years.
He collects paper work
from the embassies. Does maintenance and repairs in office facilities,

Rafaella holds a pivotal role in efficiently managing communication and legal information. With 13 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the company. Her responsibilities include coordinating communication between client offices, lawyers, and operational teams, ensuring seamless information flow. Rafaella conducts weekly meetings with client offices, offering valuable legal technical support and clarifications, addressing any doubts that may arise. She adeptly manages legal technical information related to the registry office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANT
Luis comes from the world of economics. He has been working in the company for three years. He enjoys the intercultural meeting and always gets praises from satisfied customers
Supplier and customer management, invoice payments and movement control.
In the field of citizen Cards he is in charge of customer service, appointments at the registry and accompanying clients to the registry office. In the real estate world he takes care of visits to properties with clients. He also manages contact with real estate agents and also does real estate opportunity research
He is also in contact with customers regarding the opening of their bank accounts, and NIF numbers.
Carlos
HR & OFFICE MANAGER
Carlos is incharge of the HR in the company. Recruitment, Salary Processing, Administrative Management of human resources, performance assessment, job description etc.
He is also in charge of Management of citizen card and passport, NIF and is involved in the Real Estate team.
He works closely with the team internationally and is in charge of fundraising and grants for new companies in Portugal who come to us for consulting.
